Biography
Darlene Evans has been a collaborative Learning and Development consultant with 20+ years of experience. She works with HR business partners and leaders across the organization to align talent and organizational strategy to positively impact employee experience and company success. Continuous learning and nurturing relationships across the organizations enable her to span boundaries and influence culture at all levels.
Her experience in Learning & Development includes Leadership Development, Custom Team Building, Performance Management, Change Leadership, Mentoring Programs, New Employee On-boarding, and Professional Development Coaching.
A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, Darlene is actively involved in the organization's Business Resource Groups.She founded an annual Mentor Walk that was very successful as a learning opportunity and building collaborative learning relationships across the firm.
Her strengths include facilitation, networking, building relationships, and thinking outside the box.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Human Resource Management, is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society.
Outside of the office, Darlene likes to stay active by spending time with her family and volunteering or attending various community activities. She is especially grateful for the time she gets to spend with her grandchildren.
