Biography
Jennifer Vancil was a Career Counselor at Colorado State University who worked with undergraduate and graduate Business students. She taught the MBA Career Management classes for 13 years. She started her business as a side gig that grew into her full time work.

Jennifer is now in private practice as a Strengths-Based Career Coach serving private clients across the U.S. by video and focusing on Career Transition and Job Search. She maintains a strong presence in LinkedIn and shares on job search, career management and CliftonStrengths regularly. She also provides Strengths-based team and leadership development trainings to organizations who want to increase collaboration and employee retention through strengths-based development. She serves as Executive Coach to several higher education and business leaders and mentors other entrepreneur coaches to integrate CliftonStrengths into their practices and grow their businesses.
