Biography
Andrea Karapas, M.Ed., LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado with over 15 years of experience in the Counseling and Career Development field. Her experience encompasses working with college-aged students in a higher education environment on topics ranging from college major identification and exploring careers to strategic job search and career planning. Prior to her current role as Director of the College of Business Career Management Center, Andrea has worked in several roles developing career counseling practitioners and supporting professionals in the midst of career transition as a career counselor with the Colorado State University Alumni Association and the CSU Career Center as well as a Senior Employment Specialist and Career Transition Counselor with Larimer County Economic & Workforce Development. Andrea's passion is helping others identify and manifest theirs and is committed to supporting individuals in finding their path and guiding them through career transitions with a strategic approach that fosters momentum and intentional decision-making.
