With 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR in higher education, journalism, and technology, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the hiring landscape—what employers seek, how candidates can stand out, and the strategies that lead to career success.
My passion for career development led me to back to Colorado State University's College of Business, where I specialize in individual coaching, career education, and building strategic partnerships with employers to create meaningful opportunities for our students. I thrive on empowering job seekers with the tools and confidence they need to navigate their career journeys successfully.
