Biography
My name is Jaityn Winchell and I am the Internship and Workforce Coordinator for Fort Lewis College. I also serve on the CCDA board on the events team. In my work, I help students find meaningful internships and improve their overall career readiness skills. I also coordinate the Presidential Springboard Fellowship where I have the privilegde of helping 20 select seniors gain social capital in their last year of college while also gaining skills in networking, leadership, public speaking and financial literacy.
