I am a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) and inclusive educator with extensive experience helping individuals discover meaningful career paths, develop professional skills, and overcome barriers to success. My career spans academic advising, workforce development and training, where I have consistently supported diverse populations in achieving their personal, academic, and professional goals.
Throughout my career I have:
**Delivered academic and career advising to over 100 students per semester, improving retention and career placement rates.
**Facilitated career readiness workshops, empowering students and adult learners to confidently pursue opportunities.
**Built community and employer partnerships to expand access to internships and employment pathways.
**Trained and mentored employees in customer service, adaptability, and communication skills to enhance workforce development.
Known for my equity-minded approach, collaborative leadership, and student-first philosophy, I am passionate about guiding individuals to discover their strengths, gain confidence, and achieve success in their careers and communities.
I recently completed the Facilitating Career Development training through the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and earned my CCSP certification, further strengthening my expertise in career advising and student support, and I am currently seeking a position as a career advisor in higher education or a workforce setting.
